Floor Specialist II

Job Title: Floor Specialist II ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sweeps, strips, waxes and polishes floors using broom, mop and power scrubbing and buffing equipment.
Visually examines floors and carpets for stains which need spot cleaning.
Spot cleans and waxes floors to maintain high luster finish.
Cleans carpet with extraction equipment or other methods, as required.
Review and be familiar with Company safety policies, programs and procedures, adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes, and attend safety training sessions and safety meetings.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Other duties as required.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be eligible for positive outcome on required State of Oklahoma criminal conviction background check.
Must have prior experience and knowledge of the machines, chemicals and processes used in floor maintenance.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
On-the-job training over a period up to and including two (2) years as a floor technician, with mastery of hard surface and carpet floor care including the operation of standard floor care equipment. |
