Zombie, pirate and vampire costumes are trending in the list of do-it-yourself (DIY) costume choices this Halloween, according to a Goodwill® poll. Ninja turtle, Spider-Man® and zombie were tops for boys, while girl’s preferred princess, witch and fairy.

The phone survey (ORC International Research) also found that 62 percent of women preferred DIY costumes over packaged products, compared with 57 percent of men.
