Data Entry/Integrity Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for compiling, sorting, tracking, verifying, and reporting program data for the Goodwill TulsaWORKS Career Academy and Goodwill Job Connection.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with compilation of key measures and other program outcomes and entry of information in program databases.
Ensures data is sorted and verified through regular audits of input data.
Develops reports in order to identify program efficacy and areas of need for program development.
Performs research and resolves basic GoodTraks database application report issues.
Develop and create data presentations using simple reports to graphs, tables, process flow diagrams, charts, and other graphical tools.
Reviews and is familiar with Company safety policies, programs and procedures. Adheres to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes, and attend safety training sessions and safety meetings.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
May assist staff with collection and communication of service data as it relates to support services.
Participates in Goodwill Industries of Tulsa’s functions and community events as needed.
Attends trainings/agency meetings related to job responsibilities.
Occasionally schedules client follow up appointments with agency staff.
May transport program participants to and from community destination.
Other support duties as needed.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate with secretarial and/or accounting training, proficiency in various computer applications and two years experience with similar levels of responsibility.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Balancing, talking, hearing, stooping, reaching, handling, fingering, depth perception, lifting, carrying, and seeing.
Lifting 25 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong commitment to learning, growth, and continuous personal and team improvement.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and multitask to achieve expected outcomes.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and various databases required.
Must be an advocate for the mission, vision, values, and goals of Goodwill Industries of Tulsa.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, with a good driving record.
Must maintain appropriate requirements for legal vehicle operation, including current automobile insurance, and license plate.
Must be eligible for a positive outcome on required State of Oklahoma criminal conviction background check.
Must maintain Goodwill’s Drug-Free Workplace.
