Community Vocational Services

Supported Employment  - services provide paid employment for individuals with severe disabilities for whom competitive employment has not traditionally occurred and who, because of their disabilities, need on-going reinforcement of job skills.

Employment and Retention - prepares a person for occupational skill training or employment by developing important work habits and attitudes, adequate personal and social adjustment skills.

Community-Based Enclaves - work groups in businesses that have been established for individuals who need continuous job coach intervention.

Traditional Work Adjustment Training - a program designed for students in their last year of high school to prepare them for entering the workforce upon graduation and allow them to gain paid work experience. Topics in this program include money  management, appropriate work behaviors, basic life skills and safety awareness.  4 Locations: Career Development Center - 2800 Southwest Blvd., Broken Arrow Training Center - 2210 W. Washington, Garnett Training Center - 102 S. Garnett Rd., and Goodwill East Campus - 10101 E. Admiral Place.
